    Join internationally renowned neuroscience educator Kathryn Berkett for four days of deep, engaging, and highly practical learning.

    Kathryn will guide you through fifteen hours of interactive training that blends research, real-world application, and dynamic group discussion. You will have opportunities to reflect, ask questions, and dive deeper during breaks either one-on-one or with your peers.

    You will walk away with a stronger understanding of how the brain works under stress, and how to apply this knowledge in your work and life. Notes, tools, and practical examples are all included to help you take what you learn and embed it within your team, workplace, or whānau.

    Over the course of the retreat, you will explore the neuroscience behind behaviour, stress, trauma, neuroscience, resilience, and so much more. The content is responsive, Kathryn tailors the flow based on group needs and discussion ensuring all core material is covered.

    You will leave with a rich, grounded understanding of the following topics:

The four hours in between these sessions, is time is for you to eat, walk, swim, spa etc, think about the content. Kathryn will be available during some of this time for small/individual chats. Hanmer Springs Hot Pools have an amazing selection of treatments. Check them out and book in for this time. I suggest booking in early if you don’t want to miss out.
